Make cuts at either side at the base of 8 plastic cups. Make 2 cuts on one side of 2 plastic cups. Feed the straps through so they can be tied onto limbs
One player from each team straps the cups onto 2 feet, 2 thighs (plastic cups cut on the side), 2 wrist, 2 elbow, 2 shoulder.
One player will be throwing balls, one will be catching them
