Ingredients
No obstacles (preferrable)
How To Play
Players are split into equal Teams A start and finish lines is set across a playing field
In each round one team is on defence and one team is on attack
Attack team must get from the start to the finish line without getting tagged
Defence team must stop them by tagging them Players are disqualified/knocked out once they are tagged
Attack and Defence teams switch roles after each run
Winning Team is the one with the Last Player standing
Variations
Played either by tagging being a touch or grabbing a marker from the attack teams waistband etc
Or HARDCORE Defence team must actually floor the players for them to be out
